As I mentioned in this post I intended on building a frame with parts from the Dalek "minifig" from Character Builder.
Here it is.
I used the base as part of the torso and the head as a sensor dome. Right now it has
(2Y/Gd8/2W) for systems. I may add 
for the giant hands.
